Personal Care
Respectful assistance with everyday personal care, including showering, dressing, grooming and assistance with compression stockings.
Domestic Assistance
Helping clients maintain a clean, comfortable and safe home with services including vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchens, dusting, laundry and changing bed linen.
Social Support & Community Access
One-on-one support to help clients remain socially connected and continue enjoying their community, interests, appointments and activities.
Respite Care
Flexible support that provides clients with companionship and assistance while giving family members and regular carers an opportunity to take a break.
Transport & Appointments
Assistance getting to and from medical appointments, shopping, social activities and other important commitments.
Deep Cleaning & Waste Removal
Additional assistance for homes requiring a more intensive clean or removal of accumulated household waste.
Decluttering & Hoarding Support
Practical and respectful assistance with decluttering, organising and restoring spaces to create a safer and more manageable home environment.
Home Maintenance
Assistance with general household maintenance to help clients keep their home safe, functional and comfortable.
Person-Centred Care
No two people are the same, and we don't believe their care should be either.
We take a person-centred approach, recognising each client's individual routines, preferences, abilities, culture, relationships and goals.
Where appropriate and with the client's consent, we also work alongside families, loved ones, Care Partners, health professionals and other service providers to support continuity of care.
We can assist clients and families with connections and referrals to relevant allied health services, medical practitioners, community groups and other support services when additional assistance is required.
Supporting Independence at Home
Our goal is not to take over the things a person can do for themselves. Instead, we provide the right level of assistance to help clients continue doing as much as possible independently.
Whether someone needs a little help around the home, regular personal care, transport, companionship or more comprehensive support, our services can be tailored around their individual circumstances.
